Forward looking: trivago’s refresh initiative

This project reimagines trivago's user interface with a modern, dynamic aesthetic that honours its heritage and progressive vision. By integrating bold colours and contemporary illustrations from the recent brand refresh, it lays the groundwork for the visual evolution anticipated over the next three years.

The design prioritises flexibility, boldness, and scalability, ensuring every element adapts fluidly to diverse platforms and user needs.

The area above the fold leads users to engage with the most important element of this page - the deal form. It also clearly states Trivago’s value proposition.

With varied banner sizes, the platform can strategically control how much exposure each message receives. Smaller banners may be used for subtle reminders or quick highlights, while larger formats can deliver more detailed, engaging content.
